Kim Warnick

Culture Lab Director

Kim Warnick brings her cultural organizing and violence prevention expertise to the Culture Lab Program Director role. As the former Executive Director of a feminist movement-building nonprofit within the music industry, she designed and led multiple national advocacy campaigns, including #HereForTheMusic, the leading campaign to end sexual violence in the music industry, and Unlocked Voices, a partnership with the Multifaith Initiative to End Mass Incarceration focused on narrative change, fundraising, and grassroots support for system-impacted community leaders.

Kim is a She Rocks Award recipient for her music industry leadership, has spoken at multiple conferences and festivals including the Event Safety Summit, Ticketfly, Treefort, AMP and Bonnaroo; and has had her work featured in Teen Vogue, Billboard, The Christian Science Monitor, My Favorite Murder Podcast, EduPunx Podcast, and more. She has an AB in Sociology from Harvard College and an MPS in Security and Terrorism from the University of Maryland.
